PRODUCTION TIME  

2 WEEK TURNAROUND TIME (after ordering - and before shipping)

Be ready to wait! Each wood frame and all felt fabric plants are crafted by hand in my home studio, remember handmade takes time. 

SHIPPING / DELIVERY 

After your handmade artwork is finished I ship via USPS 1st Class or Priority shipping. Tracking is ALWAYS included. Use your tracking number and USPS.com to determine your estimated delivery date.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS

Due to the nature of each item being handcrafted individually I do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. If your item does arrive damaged please contact me IMMDEDIATELY via email; flohra@outlook.com or through INSTAGRAM @flohra__

CUSTOM ITEMS / COMMISIONS

At this time I do not accept custom request or take in commissions from individuals. If you are a business/company needing large scale artwork done please reach out to me through INSTAGRAM @flohra__

Turnaround for commissions vary but often require a 2 - 3 month lead time.
